True Myth Label Design 

The label design of “True Myth Cabernet”, was inspired by the intriguing portrait of Abe Lincoln, specifically his eye, on the 5 dollar bill. Our marketing team was seeking for a brand image that would create interest from a shelf, and that would provide a sense of mystery that was paired with that underlying feeling of familiarity, and thus the image was perfect. 

From this image, I was the production artist for the brand, and was able to illustrate the eye, then create a label design that fit with our brand message, “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. After completing the label design, I was then able to apply the identity to posters, wine cases, shelf talkers, and other various forms of POS.
